After the completion of a 3 year rigorous research, development, trial and testing program, CRYSTAL SWIFTLETS is pleased to introduce the world's first electronically-based micro-computer driven water vapour pump system better known as INTELLIGENT MIST SPRAY PUMP SYSTEM (MODEL: HKMSP-36) for the swiftlet farming industries in the ASEAN region.
The HKMPS-36 is microcomputer driven pump whereby in-built proprietory internal electronic control hardwares and softwares working within the pump system allow for optimal levels of water inflows and calibrated hydro-pressure outflows which helps keep the pump system continuously cool to prevent overheating. A built-in electrical quad-wing ventilator fan runs concurrently with the pump system to enhance the coolness levels within the pump system as well as contribute towards the increased life expectancy of the said pump system. The microcomputer within the pump system possesses the capability to regulate the mechanical arms of the pump in the event of lack of water inflow - the result is, the pump system will not burn out should no water flow into the pump system while it is operating.
The HKMSP-36 is able to successfully drive a mist-spray network of between 30 units to 35 units of size 3 iron-cast mist spray nozzles and is designed to hydro-enhance swiftlet farms up to 3 storeys high with building dimensions of 20 feet wide and 80 feet long.
The HKMSP-36 is designed to be installed onto the wall of the control room of the swiftlet farm as a space-saving measure or can stand-alone on any flat and hard surface.
At the same time, the HKMSP-36 comes with a pre-installed generic water filter to filter away particles and debris existing within the water inflow in order to protect each and every mist spray valve from clogging up. A timer trigger mechanism allows the swiftlet farmer to have full control over the time periods in which he/she intends the pump system to operate.
The HKMSP-36 is also compact in size measuring only 45cm (height) by 18cm (width) by 30cm (length) which allows the pump system to fit into any corner, space or wall crevice within the swiftlet farm.
